In line with our commitment to delivering quality residential infrastructure, Tadtof Nigeria Limited was entrusted with the construction of a bespoke residential development, located at Isheri North Residential Scheme, Kosofe Local Government Area, Lagos State.
This carefully planned project sits on a 748.122 sqm site and comprises a well-designed residential building with a total building area of 239.4 sqm, incorporating a suspended upper floor and thoughtfully organized living spaces. The development was executed to balance functionality, aesthetics, and optimal land use, with over 65% of the site retained as undeveloped area to enhance ventilation, landscaping, and outdoor utility.
The scope of work covered comprehensive structural and architectural construction, including foundations, reinforced concrete framing, blockwork, suspended floor systems, and roofing. Internally, the residence features spacious living and dining areas, multiple bedrooms with ensuite facilities, family lounge, kitchen and kitchenette spaces, laundry, terraces, walk-in closets, and well-defined circulation areas. Supporting structures such as a gatehouse and clearly defined access roads further enhance security and usability.
Special consideration was given to natural lighting, cross ventilation, privacy zoning, and circulation efficiency. The design also integrates modern building standards, quality finishes, and durable materials to ensure long-term performance and comfort. Elevations and roof design were carefully detailed to reflect contemporary residential architecture while maintaining harmony with the surrounding Isheri North GRA environment.
