Tadtof Nigeria Limited was honored to be selected for the renovation of The African Church, a historic landmark established in 1926, located on Marina Island, Lagos. As custodians of cultural and religious heritage, we approached this project with deep respect for its historical significance while integrating modern restoration techniques.
The renovation, carried out between 2023 and 2024, involved the structural rehabilitation of weakened elements, refurbishment of interior spaces, roof replacement, facade restoration, and installation of updated electrical and acoustic systems—all executed with meticulous care to preserve the original architectural identity.
By combining traditional craftsmanship with advanced engineering, we revitalized the church without altering its historical essence. Today, the building stands rejuvenated—blending its rich legacy with the standards of contemporary construction and comfort.
